If you believe content hosted by Sellius infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@selliuspro.com containing: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

A person whose material was removed may submit a counter-notice meeting applicable DMCA requirements. We may restore material as allowed by law.

Repeat infringers

Where appropriate and legally required, we may terminate repeat infringers.

Designated agent

Before launch: if you host user-generated content subject to DMCA safe-harbor procedures, have counsel determine whether to register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and place the agent's full legal contact information here.
