Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information you provide, such as name, email, business/store name, phone, billing/contact address, marketing preferences, subscription and licensing data, device activation identifiers, support communications, and application usage/security logs. If you connect an eBay account, Sellius processes the account and marketplace information needed to provide the features you authorize. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; Sellius does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Sellius, authenticate customers, administer subscriptions and licenses, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the service, comply with law, and send optional marketing communications when permitted.

Service providers

We may use service providers such as Stripe for payments, hosting/infrastructure providers, transactional email providers, Google analytics/advertising services when enabled and consented to, and eBay APIs for connected marketplace functionality. Their processing is governed by their own terms and our applicable agreements with them.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support authentication, security and preferences. Optional analytics/marketing technologies load only after consent where implemented on this site. See our Cookie Policy.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business purposes. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights
