Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading or using Sellius, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and use Sellius only for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid access is subscription-based unless otherwise stated. Billing is processed by Stripe. Prices, included features and limits are shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not itself create a refund right except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

License

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Sellius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software within your purchased plan's user, account, device and feature limits. License or serial codes may not be shared, resold, bypassed or used to defeat plan restrictions.

Third-party services

Sellius can interact with third-party services, including eBay and Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. Sellius is not endorsed by or affiliated with eBay Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent licensing or security, use Sellius to violate marketplace rules or law, upload malware, interfere with service operation, or reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Customer responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing listings, prices, quantities, policies, messages, orders, tax obligations and marketplace actions before submission. Automated and AI-assisted features can make mistakes and should be reviewed appropriately.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellius is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, marketplace availability, sales results, profitability or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellius Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost sales, loss of data, marketplace suspension or business interruption. Any aggregate liability should be reviewed and finalized by counsel before launch.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, your listings/content, or your violation of third-party rights or marketplace rules, subject to applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, security risk or material breach.

Governing law and disputes

Attorney review required: insert your chosen governing law, venue, arbitration/class-action language if desired, and any state-specific consumer terms before launch.
