Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Customers may cancel eligible recurring subscriptions through the billing portal. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access may continue through the paid billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by law or where Sellius explicitly states a refund guarantee at purchase, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Duplicate charges, billing errors and exceptional circumstances should be reported promptly to support@selliuspro.com.

Failed payments

Sellius may provide a grace period for failed payments and may limit or suspend paid entitlements if payment is not successfully resolved.
