What does Smart List create?

Smart List analyzes listing photos to prepare a title, description, suggested eBay category and item specifics. Each result becomes an editable Work In Progress draft inside Sellius. The goal is to reduce the typing needed for a first draft while keeping item-level review in your workflow.

How to turn photos into an eBay listing draft

1. Add the item's photos. Assign the exact photos to the correct Smart List row. Include readable labels, identifying details and visible condition issues.
2. Choose account settings. Confirm the eBay account and applicable listing defaults and policies.
3. Create the draft. Smart List analyzes the photos and prepares listing information in Work In Progress.
4. Review and edit. Verify identity, size, measurements, condition, category, item specifics, price and policies. Add facts that the photos cannot establish.
5. Submit when ready. You decide when the completed listing moves to eBay.

Smart List or Quick List?

Use Smart List when photos are the starting point for a one-off item. Use Quick List templates when similar inventory shares a repeatable title and description format. Both tools belong to the same Sellius listing and inventory workspace.

Phone photos, Windows listing workspace

Mobile Photo Connect lets you connect a phone by QR code and transfer photos into the desktop workflow. You can also assign existing listing photos. Sellius runs on Windows, where you review drafts and manage inventory.

AI assistance and seller review

Photos do not establish every listing fact. Research details such as authenticity, compatibility, exact materials or hidden damage when needed. Correct uncertain generated information before submitting. Smart List creates drafts; it does not automatically publish unreviewed AI listings.

Which Sellius plans include AI listing tools?

Smart List is included in Basic, Pro and Unlimited. Starter includes the core Sellius platform without Smart List. See current plans and monthly new-listing allowances. Existing inventory imported from eBay does not use that new-listing allowance.
